Established by Resolution and re-established annually as needed to develop and promote a beautification program within the Township of West Milford and is combined with the Recycling Task Force to provide advice with regard to garbage and recycling matters. This committee is comprised of 8 members who are dedicated to improving the way that West Milford looks at its' recycling effort.  Their main objective is to keep West Milford in the forefront of the recycling effort by exploring new ideas and markets, educating the public on the recycling program as well as looking for ways to deal with the ever increasing cost of solid waste disposal.  They are also concerned with maintaining the beauty of West Milford.
