Established by Ordinance through Administration of Government, Chapter 15 (§15-127&8) to establish rules and procedures for hearing complaints, requests or suggestions from persons with disabilities regarding access to and participation in public facilities, services, activities and functions of the community.

The ADA Compliance Committee advises and suggests resolutions/solutions to various ADA issues. The members are as follows:

- Basement: Remove stage (most likely when the elevator goes in, the stage will be removed)

Girls Restroom:

- Privacy screen needs to be moved in order for ADA accessibility
- Partition on other side needs to be moved
- Add button to enter girls room (the door is presently at 12 pounds)
Boys Restroom:
- Move partition back
- Threshold too high
- Door (the door is presently at 15 pounds)
