Established by Ordinance through Buildings, Unfit, Chapter 94 (§94-3) to exercise the powers prescribed by this chapter. This eight-member Board determines the safety and habitability of buildings used for human habitation. If conditions exist that are dangerous or injurious to the health of the occupants or to the residents of the Township, the Board may deem the structure unsafe and require measures to render the building safe.
