Adult Health & Immunization Clinics
The Adult Health Screenings are held every 3rd Friday of every month, free of charge
Blood pressure, Blood sugar, and Cholestrol screening are available
Resident interested in MUST FAST FOR 2 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO ENSURE ACCURATE RESULTS

YOU MUST CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE VISION SCREENING

Location:  West Milford Meeting Room at 1480 Union Valley Road,
Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Sponsored by New Jersey Commission for the Blind & Visually Impaired
& Passaic County Department of Health    
Vision field, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration screening.  Prescription for glasses are given if required.
