Office of the West Milford Township Clerk
This office records and maintains records of the official business of the Township Council. The Clerk's Office submits legal notices for publication in local newspapers. The Clerk's Office prepares agendas, routine ordinances & resolultions and transcribe minutes for all Mayor & Council meetings. The Clerk's Office supervises the conduct of elections and issues various licenses for regulated activities. The Clerk or Clerk's designee attends all Council meetings. The Clerk accepts and processes requests for municipal records.
