OFFICE OF OLDER ADULT SERVICES
The Office of Older Adult Services is committed in providing quality assistance to the aged in the community. The office can assist senior citizens in a variety of aspects. Recreation, guidance, education and fellowship are just a few areas this office offers to our seniors.
The Office of Older Adult Services is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am. to 4:30 pm.

Programs offered on a regular basis:
Tuesday & Thursday Senior Aerobics 8:30 am. – 9:30 am.
Tuesday & Friday Sittercize 10:30 am. – 11:15 am.
Wednesday Arts & Crafts 10:00 am. - 12 noon
Thursday Drawing class 10:00 am. – 11:30 am.
Friday Manicures 9:30 am. - 11:30 am.
We also have a licensed hairstylist once a month.
Our office provides blood pressure screenings the second Tuesday of the month, 12:00 noon (FREE)
Guidance with Medicare, PAAD & Senior Gold applications.
Special events throughout the year include:
Soup ‘n’ Sandwich dinners Senior Citizen Picnic
Shopping trips to area Malls Christmas Party
Sing-a-longs
Ceramic classes
Fresh flower design classes
Spring Fling (Senior Dinner Dance)
Programs are held at the Hillcrest Community Center, 1810 Macopin Road, West Milford.

The Adopted grandparent program, the SEEK (Seniors Educationally Enhancing Kids)
