The Building Department is responsible for the enforcement of the Uniform Construction Code as required by the State of New Jersey, as well as for the enforcement of  municipal zoning regulations.

The Building Department is located in the Municipal Building, 1480 Union Valley Rd., West Milford, North End of the Building, Downstairs
