Program for Hepatitis B, MMR, Tetanus
This program will provide clinics for the series of Hepatitis B vaccine during the Childcare Health Conference clinics as stated above during the hours of 8:30 and 11:00 a.m.
You must have an appointment. If you must purchase vaccine, you must call a minimum of 6 weeks before for the clinic to have the vaccine administered.

This is a free screening and will be held in the Nurse's office.

FREE Lead Screening for Children
Provides children from 9 mos. to 5 yrs. with a quick and easy lead screen. By appointment only from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Call to put your child's name on the list. You must have an appointment. First come - First serve. Put your name on a list for future sceduled event.

This clinic fills up quickly. Please call to put your name on list now. The screen appointments are from 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Nurses' office at Town Hall. For adults only, a full body scan is available by Dr. Alice Cardullo. Fee: $15.00.
TBA - Peripheral Vascular Disease - PVD Clinic
This is a clinic for those who want to be screened for Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD). The technicians will check for any obstruction in the legs, circulatory problems and take blood pressures. If you are interested, call the Heath Department. This screen is by appt. only.

Male Cancer Clinic

This includes a prostate exam. There is Registration by phone and you must have an appointment for the Screening. The Screening is held in the Nurses' Office from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The fee is approx $55.
FEMALE CANCER CLINIC
Clnic is held in the Nurses' Office from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. by Appointment Only
Exam includes a pelvic and breast exam, pap smear, urinalysis, hemmoccult test, blood pressure and health education. The fee is approx. $95.00
