CHILDREN'S SERVICES:

The Nursing Division provides knowledge and support to parents and guardians during  a child's formative years. The focus of our care is prevention. 

Children's services which include Childcare Health Conferences are usually held twice a month during the morning hours in the nurse's office in the Township Municipal Building.  The guideline for those individuals interested in our program is based on NJ Kidcare financial criteria.  A chart is available at the health dept.  If your child does not have medical insurance, has medical insurance that does not cover baby well care and/immunizations, our clinic can help. Flu and pneumonia vaccine is available at the clinics by appointment only. Childcare counseling is available and home care visits are also available for special needs.

Lead Screening Blood Test is free for all children from 6 months to age 5 with appointment.

Adolescent Immunization is available for MMR or Hepatities B vaccine series.  Purchase vaccine at time of registration.
