The Animal Control Officer investigates animal complaints and complaints of cruelty and neglect to dogs and cats. The Animal Control Officer is responsible for the dog and cat licensing program. She also inspects commercial kennels and pet shops, conducts an annual dog and cat census and routinely patrols the Township looking for stray domestic animals and sick and injured wildlife.
