Tax appeals for the current year must be filed with the Passaic County Board of Taxation by April 1st of the tax year in question.   After February 1st, Petitions of Appeal, along with instructions, are available for pick-up at the West Milford Tax Assessor's Office or you can download the forms here.  Appeal forms must be printed on legal size paper and can be viewed in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
